“A drunk man’s words are a sober man’s thoughts”

Embodying the quote written above, the flow of thought and expression moving through the head and throat represent their connection. The desaturation of the mouth shows the drunken state and lack of verbal awareness a person may have when under influence, and the colorful/saturated top section of the head represents sober thinking. The blue and green are colors flowing through are commonly associated with drinking or alcohol, and to finish this piece off I added texture into the background for dimension and differentiation.
