Apple jack

Creating this piece of work I had a really good time conceptualizing the background and the mood. I incorporated using a 3D modeling program, Blender, to help form the layout and environment. At first glance, the main figure is very serious and straight-faced as he works with his client on a tattoo. However, adding a bit of a comedic easter egg within the composition the tattoo being inked doesn't exactly line up with the 'tough guy' and 'edgy' energy of the figures. On the figure's back displayed to the viewer can be found the “My Little Pony” character, Apple Jack.
