THE MASQUE OF RED DEATH

Based on Edgar Allen Poe's writing "The Masque of Red Death", published in 1842, I created a book cover for this masterful, short story. I brought the elements of the stained glass, the symbolic colored rooms, the interaction between the prince and the personified embodiment of the red death, as well as the walking disease itself.
