Aileen

A loose portrayal of the female serial killer, Aileen Wuornos. Wuornos was an American serial killer and prostitute who murdered seven men in Florida in 1989 and 1990 by shooting them at point-blank range. Not only that, but Wuornos is actually from the area too. She was born in Rochester, Michigan. In this illustration I wanted the bra to portray her time as a prostitute and how she met the victims, her pants stand for her time behind bars, and the murder weapon is included as well. I also slightly blurred the bottom figure in an effort to keep the attention centered on the female, Aileen. I posed her in a dominant position to emphasize how she killed men to take back power.
